Great experience taking in our Ford Escape, which we didn't purchase at AutoNation, but they treated us like we did! Great Service center staff were warm and friendly and also didn't try to sell us too much on things that they thought we could bring current like our tires. They made suggestions and seemed to genuinely care. We will be going back for future Ford service and perhaps even a purchase... I have always wanted an F-150 , lol:D

Service and Parts are awesome!!!! Have a 2017 F350 and there was a recall for a transmission bracket, another Ford dealer wouldn't even talk to me for weeks, Autonation Ford Valencia got me in the next day and fixed the recall in only a couple of hours. Parts department is knowledgeable and fast on getting parts. Very helpful!!! So fast forward a couple of years. The last 3 service visits have been horrible. I got an appointment for some warranty work and a recall on Monday night thinking my car would be worked on the next day, or at least looked at. My car wasn't touched until Thursday and then they had to order the parts. I was told I could have got a rental car with my warranty, after the fact. On Friday they told me they finished the warranty work but they didn't have the parts for my recall and they would have to order them. Why didn't they check this before? Service on my 2014 F-150 was dependable and reliable. Have used Greg Speer for several years on other Ford trucks and its always been the best around. I have tried a few others for oil etc, But always return to Greg for good resulte. Thanks again Greg Speer !!
The service was timely. Irene was nice and polite and took good care of us.
Just got a new C Max Hybrid. I love my car and they treated me very well. I highly recommend Jonathan Goldfinger (yes, his real name) as your sales person. He was great. I truly hope he's still around the next time I need to purchase a car.
