I was very pleased with fast service and car wash. Every time I have made an appt the staff was very courteous. I have a 2013 mustang.
We just bought a new escape from this dealership . First new car in years and it is awesome . Honestly I dread shopping for cars because of the sales people and the "process" This was nothing liked I feared ! George was incredible! He knew his stuff but was not pushy and the financing was a breeze ! Great car , great team !
I shopped a few Ford Dealers before making the decision to deal with AutoNation Ford in Valencia. George and Kevin were fantastic. George's follow up, persistence and consistency in getting me to visit the dealership was spot on. Kevin took it from there. His knowledge of the product was second to none. Ty Woods sealed the deal. I enjoyed buying a car from Auto Nation Ford Valencia and our salesman Frank Rugglest was nice to work with and very helpful.
I've had my Ford Flex in the their shop for 2 weeks and a day now. Was told parts were ordered a week ago and they're still waiting. After calling Dennis the service manager and letting him know I located the part they were waiting on, it magically was set to be delivered that day! This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with (out of 6 different ford service dpmts in the past) STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Worst customer service EVER!
