I ALWAYS get the best service here. And have for the last 6 years. I went twice to a dealership closer to my house after I moved, and got terrible customer service, so although it's a bit further away, this is where I will ALWAYS take my car for service.
My experience was fantastic due to the down to earth and professional staff at Auto Nation Ford Valencia. Joe was an excellent consultative salesperson and Roy finished up my paperwork in a timely manner. Steve, the Sales Manager was accommodating and someone who I can trust. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to have a fantastic car buying experience. They made my day!
