I never buy a Ford and I suggest you don't either. No wonder they have a bad reputation.
I have had my car serviced here since I purchased it in July 2013. I have always been happy with my service rep, Blanca. She is no longer there. I was transferred to the service mgr, Dennis in regard to a defective tire and I didn't appreciate his arrogance over the phone nor in person. It doesn't matter if a person has worked there 20 years or 20 minutes. It's how you treat and respect a customer. And not intimidate a customer. Between my wife, sister-in-law, best friend, and other close friends; I have been a part of 20 or so vehicle purchases and leases from AutoNation Ford Valencia. Always a pleasure do deal with their friendly staff. Good to be a human being and not just a number on the board. Remember they are human beings, too.
