Customer service, rated ZERO. Appointment for 7 am this morning, I dropped the car of on Saturday so can't say they weee late in getting my car. Was told I would get an update around 11 am, yet I have to call at 4 pm for them to turn around and say the mechanic did not show up today. So why not call me at 9 am or at 11 am when promised. So let me get this right, Ford made a horrible vehicle and everyone knows it's awful including the employees. 20 recalls later and only 3 years the transmission blows multiple times and I have to waste my time taking it in three times for the same problem, word for word same problem, just so I can get a lemon law lawyer? Also the manager is a real piece of work.
I regret every time I have to deal with their service department or parts department. Terrible customer service almost every time I've been here. I regret ever dealing with Ford.

Pretty good experience because we found the Ford Edge we liked and the pricing was right for our budget. AutoNation Ford was our first stop between Simi Valley Ford and North Hills Ford. We selected this location because of the large selection of ford models at various price levels. The staff members were patient and diligent in answering all of our questions. I have a 2013 Boss 302 and there was a vibration that was coming from the engine area. The mechanic was able to identify the issue and get it resolved so I was please with that. My mediocre rating pertains to the fact that my front bushings on the car make enough noise to wake the dead. They tell me that they are "OK" but that Ford had design problems which results in the excessive ride noise. Add insult to injury, I had the service done 3-4 months after original warranty expired. We bought a Ford Transit Connect from FADI at AutoNation Ford. We love it. If you need a car go see Fadi. We went in pre approved but they were able to get us an even better rate. By the time we left with our new car we felt like we made 2 new friends.
Like most people, I don't trust car salesmen. I don't love haggling over the price. Buying a car or leasing one is very unpleasant to me. In 2013 I leased a Ford C-max Energie. I have enjoyed the car very much. When my lease was up I wasn't sure what to do. In the end I purchased the car at Autonation Ford. For a car dealer, the experience was pretty good. I think it was about as good as it gets.
