First time at AutoNation Ford Valencia, and I will be returning for all services on my Ford. They were very helpful and knew the issues I was having with my car. Michael Mance a Service Advisor is very professional and knows his stuff. He follows up like he says he will, and really takes care of the customer. AutoNation Ford Valencia has excellent customer service, which that's hard to find these days. high recommended and for sure will be returning for my future needs.

Horrible. Dropped my truck off on Saturday for service. Haven't heard back from them. On infinite hold and once they answered they said they would call me back. Still waiting. What a joke.
Don't use the service department! Even if you have a appointment they wont get to your car!

The staff is what made my experience one of the best! There was very little back and forth, they honestly wanted to help get me in my new truck! Awesome group of people. It's best you don't take your car here for service. The techs don't call you back and you get no status update as to when your vehicle will be ready or what they are doing to get your vehicle repaired. You call to find our what is going on and you are made to feel as if you are bugging them. My truck was in for an electrical issue for more than 7 days (totally unacceptable). When I was told my vehicle was ready and went to pick it up, I opened the door and there were wires laying all over the place. Hardly ready!!! It was an... read more
