Recently brought my 2015 Mustang in for service after a long cross-country drive from Detroit. Frankie was most helpful with everything from reminding me what was covered under my Ford Maintenance Plan to walking me through the diagnostic reports after my service was complete and making recommendations for what to consider for future service based on what the technicians fixed that day. My only complaint is that Frankie said the car would be washed before I arrived and it clearly had not been washed - not a huge deal to lose... read more
Wish I could give negative stars. Worst customer service I have ever received in 30 years of owning fords. Was quoted 1000 dollars on a repair and was charged 1600 at payment. Was told to come speak to general manager to "make it right" and was shuffled off to service manager who didn't return phone calls for a week. Came in again on my time only to be told nothing they could do, service was quoted as around 1500 when it was not. Money is not the issue but Will never patronize this business or recommend it to anyone.
