Awful customer care...if you would call it that? They do anything to lock you in, and once you're stuck, they don't even treat you right. Won't fix any wrongs. Just go somewhere else !!!

Don’t buy the AutoNation extended warranty. I have the platinum level and it still won’t cover a faulty oil pressure sensor.
Well... When you make an appointment a week in advance, they should make sure they honor the appointment or call you to reschedule for another appointment (if they get overbooked) instead of wasting your time. They need to understand that WE are the customer and our time is very valuable which is why I made the appointment in the first place.
