Scoot was able to answer all my questions about my transmission and what was going on with it. He gave me more information than I expected about my warranty, what was covered and what wasn't. After getting me into my appointment, they were quick to fix my clutch and get me back on the road. The only thing that I wish was different was getting an update about my vehicle's status while in the shop. 1hour and 15 minutes for just an oil change is too long even with an appointment. Everything else is fine...and clean for a car servicing area! Everyone there is very nice.

So....My change oil light comes on and I am leaving town in the morning.....I go to get my oil changed...and of course it's time for the tires to be rotated and some other things. So my thought is.....here goes a $100 to $150. NOPE..... no charges today ma'am said the cashier. I said excuse me??? And she said oil change is free today and you had owners rewards money (whatever that may be)to cover the other. I replied GLORY!!! I had the absolute best time with Courtney and all the guys on the "used" lot! My experience was not only a blast but laid back. I didn't feel pressured into anything and was treated not only as a customer but as a friend! Thank you all for making truck shopping the "funnest" ;)

I am very happy with the great deal. I loss my PIF 2006 Honda Ridgeline RT in an accident where I was hit by a motorist who ran a stop sign on 061917. RishC and Autonation came through with a deal 2006 Honda Ridgeline RTX...I had to pay an additional expense on a couple of big maintenance items after taking it to Honda. I am very pleased and grateful to God!

I am on my 4th vehicle and have never had any issues. Friendly ppl and the service dept has never given me issues. I now own a 2017 Explorer. I had a Mustang 50 also no issues that they caused. Because you have issues doesn't mean Autonation caused them. They just try to fix them.

My daughter, granddaughter, and I were recently attending a dance competition in Panama City. The last night the warning lights came on as we returned to our hotel. I called AutoNation just before closing on Friday night and the gentleman told me to get to the dealership early the next morning to see David Ward. They ran the diagnostics, replaced the part and got us on the road within the hour. The girls made their flight. Thanks David and AutoNation.
