i came in recently for my 75k maintenance and Mike Smith is my auto advisor, make my appointment and come on down. he greets very kindly, got coffe, juice or doughnuts, take a choice, tells him whats what and off I go, any problems he calls and informs me and the total, all is great. well my coolant light came on for no reason, call Mike, says come on down, again friendly greeting and treats are available while waiting car is being serviced, he says all is working fine check out everything and if a problem arises come back. ... read more

I have been recommending this place to people. But I no longer can do that. My husband bought a car just a few weeks ago, and it already needed a repair. The part was $65, the total was $838. They feel they are being generous paying for half of that when the right thing would be that we pay for the part and they put it in since we just bought the car and they supposedly do such a thorough inspection. Beverly in sales is great to work with, but the service department is a rip off. They said they'd "be nice" about the repair. ... read more

Great experience, super easy with no troubles what so ever. I loved that you can reserve a vehicle and make an appointment, so you don't have to make a quick decision on such a large purchase. There is no pressure at all. Roger was easy going and very helpful and Tori was pleasant and friendly. I recommend giving them a look if your needing another vehicle.

Had my 2008 ford edge repaired here and they backed their work like promissed. And the people there were friendly. Will definately be going back. Highly recommended.

I went in for recall work on my 2014 Escape. I arrived at 7:20 I had a 7:30 appt...they eventually got it back after 8. Work was finished around 11:30. I wish they could have told me the time it would take when I was making the appt...new side door latches taking a hour a door,the tech had experience and didn't take that long but still.....

Worst visit to a service department I have ever experienced. Lied to twice by two different people about the issues with my vehicle. Still not fixed for the reason it was taken in for.
