Thanks to Beverly Olecki at Autonations Ford in Panama City FL we’re a family of Fords now. She sold us a new Explorer in November 2017, we liked dealing with her so well we went back in March. This time The family bought 3 more all within 24 hours, an Expedition, F150 Lariat and F150 King Ranch. If anyone within driving distance of Panama City is looking for a new Ford she’s the one you need to visit, she’s upfront, honest, and the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
We were very satisfied with the service we received recently. Dave was very helpful and thorough and we were in and out in good time. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We are here on vacation and would definitely recommend your establishment for anyone in need of a Ford dealership/service shop.

I had to have my backup camera replaced. It was an expensive fix but the folks at auto nation ford took great care of me and my car. Special shout out to Scott in the service dept for his kindness!

Scheduled an appointment to get the recall fixed on my car. Apparently my car can randomly catch on fire. They scheduled and said they had the parts and it would be half a day. Dropped off the car at 7:45. Never received a call it was done. At 2:45 we called and they said it was ready. When we got there, they said they never did the work because they didn’t have the part. I was beyond mad because we have a newborn at home and coordinating getting my car there was hard enough. Very inconsiderate service departments

Bought used F250 Ray Fox met with my wife to see their inventory the prior day. Set appointment for next night he met us with keys to test drive two trucks. Choose the one we wanted and drove off an hour later with the truck. Easy and very courteous throughout process. Will definitely be back in 4 months for my wife’s car
my truck was repair in a very timely fashion. AND THE REP'S WERE VERY FRIENDLY. will always have truck repared there if possible...THANKS
