My husband and I was purchased are first brand new truck from Nick at Auto nation on Saturday. Nick stuck with us all day to get into it and between him Mr. Jetter and Mrs. Tori we finally got it. I had a son graduate this year from high school, got a full scholarship at Gulf Coast college playing basketball. He made a special request on his fb page saying he wanted to go off to college in a black dodge charger. Well of course I acted like I didn't see the post. Autonation ford can take a lesson I professionalism was completely lied to and not only my time but my active duty military husbands time wasted as well because the sales person by the name of Charles decided he wanted us to come in the pick up a car only to have another car waiting for us he wanted to try and side hustle us into buying . I have plenty of military friends so did he ( probably was another lie) and I will let them know to never shop with auto nation ford
I brought my F-150 in for a brake recall and other service items to be taken care of the service advisor said they would fix the brakes, but the other requests were not in the mileage requirements i asked that the air filter and coolant to be checked or replaced and wipers. We went to the pre owned lot to look for a SUV, Roger helped us find what we were looking for. Found one we liked, but someone had beat us to it. 2 days later he had found one in another part of FL that was just like the one we had missed out on.
