The service department gave me excellent service. They kept me up to date on my car and took very good care of me while I was waiting to get my car back. They went far and beyond any other dealerships I have had experiences with. Lori Adair is the best service manager I have ever done business with. She is an asset to your company. I have to say that the service was outstanding. Sean the service representative was outstanding. We had a difficult problem in that the part for my truck was on back order and there was no target date. I had a big camping trip planned that I needed the truck to pull my camper. My wife and I had planned this vacation for quite sometime and needed the time off from work. Sean kept me informed DAILY on progress. RecommendedTook the wife’s 2014 Explorer in for routine service early Saturday morning. Our service rep Scott Hulett saw too it I was in and out quickly with another job done well.
Buyer beware! Autonation is a very dishonest company! They sold us a lemon and promised to make good on it! They gave us a date to fix our vehicle and when I showed up autonation said that I was outside of my warranty time and they wouldn't do anything at all! They purposely schedule our appointment outside the warranty time... If anyone is interested I have the paperwork and text messages backing up everything I'm saying....
