They refused to fix my wife’s explorer with 11k miles on it. The battery was bad and less than a year old. Two other mechanic shops confirmed the battery was bad. The service representative tested the battery in front of me and once again said bad. They kept me there for two hours. They kept telling me my car was back there. Well when I drove around back my car hadn’t been moved. They then came back and said my battery was good but the report showed on the line for replace battery. Had to wait three months for an appointment because they are short technicians due to Hurricane Michael. Linda the customer service rep was great!
They over charged me of an oil change service guy first told me the oil change was $80 after that they added def to it but it was only $14 tell me how I ended up having to pay over $250 these people are some thieves. Do not take your car here for oil change. I’m never doing service with this dealer again..

CR was a pleasure to work with. I initially was looking at a new Rogue to replace my Hurricane Michael damaged one, but had my eye on a Murano. He wasn’t pushy at all & very prompt with follow up calls/emails. We had some small bumps in the process due to my car being a total loss, but these guys took care of me.
