I get the same professional help everytime.
We received notification that our Fusion had two recalls. When we contacted auto nation, Carol, took all our info and made us an appointment as soon as was possible. The day came, the work was finished in one day . Every person we dealt with was courteous. Also they didnt " suggest" a list of other repairs.
My self and my dad bought a truck from Auto Nation Ford of Panama City. Every one there was so helpfull. We will be back on our next auto. Thank You

Recall was taken care of in no time.
A little confusion when we arrived for our appointment. My husband was told we had to wait till our advisor come back from lunch before we could be checked in so I went in to cancel appointment because we wasn’t going to do that. A lady told me that we didn’t have to wait and she come out and checked us in. So all went well. We had complete service on a diesel which was $350, we were satisfied.
