I have always had great service from them since I purchased my Ford Focus in 2014. Matt was my service technician on my last appointment and he was awesome. Very friendly. I asked them to look at a few things to include a perceived shutter in my automatic transmission. Yep, I was right. They replaced a clutch and made several other changes to the tranny and now it it running perfectly. No games. Just great service. John is my service manager. He always does a great job. I always ask for him. I went in for a routine oil change and tires rotation this week. I got there an hour early so I figured I would be there for awhile. John had me in and out in no time - even before my appointment time!
My husband bought an F150 there in December. Typically, we hate the car buying experience. Between the pushy salesmen and the time it takes.... Exhausting doesn't even begin to cover it. George changed that outlook in less than 30 minutes. We had a difficult trade in(motorcycle) and he went above and beyond to find someone that would take it for the highest amount. So my experience with AutoNation was simply AMAZING! My SalesWOMAN Natasha was great! I love her, if I could buy another car with her I would.
