I purchased a truck here, it was taken in for recall work prior to leaving. Prior to the mileage warranty being up I called and requested to have some work done, but indicated I would need a loaner or rental, the service personnel assured me it was no problem. I recently had an issue with my car, and my service associate was fabulous! He kept me informed, and always did his best for me as a customer, even though they are extremely busy with vehicles from a hurricane that we experienced 6 months ago! I have bought about 15 cars from this dealership! I have always been treated well, and the service dept. is great! I will continue to buy my vehicles from Autonation, Panama City, Fl. I wanted to give praise to my service agent, his name is John Milano!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from auto nation ford. The process was completely painless. The salesman was attentive and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted. The facility was very comfortable and functional. The finance department was efficient and much quicker than it used to be.

My appointment was at 7:30. I got there early and you took me right in. I had a cup of coffee and before I knew it my car was ready. Very friendly and quick .

Unfortunately on the day Wednesday) I bought my car there was an issue. It should have been caught beforehand but I can see maybe it was missed. When I called the very next day I was put off to wait until the following Monday to bring it in. I call on Monday and was told they would have to see what the problem was and “if” it would be covered. Really?? In less than 24 hours I called to report an issue and it should’ve been taken seriously and fixed immediately.

Try a decent service department for repeat customers who pay for Platinum warranties and have to wait nearly a month for service help.

While being very busy at this time—about two weeks lead time for appts—they are doing their best to keep service customers satisfied. I’ve not had any reason to deal with sales dept as of yet
