Traci Black has been my service rep for 12 years and does an outstanding job. She met me outside and explained how they would sanitize my truck. My wife took me home and Traci called next day and said truck was ready. I was given keys outside and drove home. No charge as I had bought a lifetime battery in 2016.
I just have to say how incredibly impressed I was with Autonation ford of Panama City! From start to finish everyone was super helpful and made sure we were 100% satisfied. A special shoutout to Will for always going above and beyond for us and he truly was amazing! Thank you guys!
They performed unneeded service. Charged more than estimate.
These guys were great! Service writer Marcus and mechanic were both knowledgeable of the issue my truck was having and repaired it by the end of the next day which was a bonus since we were from TX on vacation. It’s nice to experience that kind of service from a dealership. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford Panama City for your vehicle repairs.
Being a first time customer I was very impressed with the whole experience. My customer service representative, Marcus Samuels, was thorough and didn't try to rush me. The shuttle driver was personable and there wasn't a wait. When I had an after service issue Marcus went above and beyond to investigate and resolve it to my satisfaction. The ONLY thing that I could give ANY negative feedback on is that the shuttle vehicle has been wrapped therefore you can't see out the windows.
