RecommendedI took the car in for an oil change. Arrived a few minutes before appointment time. SA Lori was obviously having a very busy day, but for the time I was there she was very courteous and went out of her way to make sure I would be able to get the car back and leave in time to pick up my wife for another appointment.

Appointment was at 11 for a simple 10K service...still here at 1 pm.
Brand new F-150 Lariat, bought one CincinnTi area, drove down from Ohio. 1500 miles on the truck, total. Transmission leaking fluid on garage floor. AutoNation got me in right away, but had to wait a few days for parts. Only issue I had was that this was warranty work and I was not offered a loaner. Granted I did not ask for one either. But it should have been offered. Work was completed on a timely manner drove back to Ohio with no issues.
We just purchased a used 2011 Ford F150 from AutoNation used car lot. Our salesman was Roger, he found us our truck, low miles, clean, super nice. Roger and the staff were awesome, I would recommend to all my family and friends.

The service department at AutoNation Ford Panama City is definitely 5STAR. Every time I’ve had service they are concerned about my F150. The service department employees I’ve dealt with were more than helpful, polite, and respectful. Never once did I feel they were pushy with me.
Great service! David Ward is a great technician.
Biggest thing that impressed me was no high pressure to buy. The Salesman allowed the car to sell itself. I test drove it and did the paperwork all within an hour. It's the way buying a car should be done. I got a very nice car for an even nicer price.
