I had an idea of what i was looking for before walking in the door. Was helped by salesman Russell Wilson. Explained what I was looking for (a ranger) and we took a walk around the lot looking for the style and color I wanted. Took it for a test drive and i was hooked. On to financing. I Was helped by Victoria Sanders. Qualified for financing through ford. The paperwork process took a while, but that’s to be expected. I was able to drive off the lot the same day. Terrible service department. Took my explorer 3 times for the same problems and they could not solve the problem. oddly, when we returned to pick up the vehicle the keys could not be found. after they searched for a while the keys were with the sales manager. my explorer basically sat up there over a week and they could not tell me what was wrong with it. they pribably never looked at the engine and who knows how ling the sales manager actually gad the key. Well I paid extra for the maintenance plan when I bought my car. So I take my car in for scheduled maintenance. He shows me a list of things ford recommends. I said well I have the maintenance plan. He said “oh, you only get an oil change and tire rotation “. Ok that’s fine. But I told him my windshield washer isn’t working. I was told they would look at it. In the end I drove away and they didn’t even look at it. It still doesn’t work.

Service, Service, Service!!! Great new facility and waiting area! Loved that it was set up for a quiet area (for working) away from the tv! Pleasant experience all around.

Bryan Salmon and Auto Nation Ford really look out for you and treat you like family!!! Terrible service dept. Took my car multiple times and was told techs were too busy to get to. If that is the case, what is the point of "making appointments" and let owner ahead of time and not miss work!!
