RecommendedThey have quick friendly service. I walked in without an appointment. I needed an oil change and tire rotation prior to driving home to Chicago for Thanksgiving. They were able to get me in right away.
My Super Duty Truck was scheduled for a 9:30am appointment for oil change and 4WD service check. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:00am and when I returned to the Autonation Ford Service department at 3:15pm, I was told that they were just beginning the oil change. I was Very dissatisfied with having to wait an extra hour + for my truck to be ready. Apparently, my time is not that important. There is a lot to improve in this case. Fast courteous service. When I had a problem with my tires being low after work they were helpful. They fit me in and repaired the tire that had a nail in it. David Ward was great!
