This was one of the least stressful experiences I’ve had with buying a car. Will was absolutely wonderful. I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. I got a great deal on a great car. Would highly recommend.
I had a scheduled appt for my 2017 Ford Explorer this past Saturday. I met with Sean Johnson who got me set up with my service request. He got me checked in quickly and they had everything completed within the hour. It's nice not having to spend the day at a dealership just to have your oil and filters changed!!! Good job guys...

Very friendly staff, they offered everything I could ask for while searching for a car. If they don’t have it on the lot chances are they can find it for you and the price will beat anyone around.
First visit to facility for a new vehicle service consisting of an oil change and tire rotation. Had appointment. Took OVER 1 1/2 hours. Cannot see value in going to Ford service center over other competitors. Doubt I'll go back.
Dealership was excellent to work with, it was a positive experience to get into a new ride.
This is the worst place ever! First couldn’t find truck they had for a week. Then said nothing is wrong. customer service is horrible. A few service advisors. Stand there while they play on their phone. Whoever is suppose to be the manager of service department said all fixed knowing wasn’t. Even said we agreed all fixed. I hate to not support local but will never come back here.
Great customer service. Got us into the perfect car for our family. They went above and beyond.
