My Excursion has been at the Ford Autonation Panama City, Florida for 53 days ! They have said it was fixed twice, after the initial tear apart! Both times it did not work(transmission) they have had to totally take it apart twice. No apologies or offers to pay for a rental car. Beware if you decide to use them. The worst service I have ever seen and they don’t even care. #Autonation
Every car that we have owned in the past thirty five years was purchased from Cook Whitehead Ford/AutoNation Ford. That is over two dozen Fords, everything from a basic ranger pickup to an Platinum Expedition. All the repairs and services have been here too, Tracy Black has been our service rep for as long as I can remember. Jimmy Darnell sold us our first Ford in 1984 and Brad Bonewit has taken care of our purchases since he started with the company.
