Sharing my disappointment with the total lack of service I received at Autonation Ford Panama City today. I entered the service bay tent where I expected to be greeted by a service advisor. There were employees walking to and from the service trailer but no one approached my vehicle. Unfortunately, after about 15 minutes passed I decided they must be too busy to assist customers so I left. This experience was disappointing as I’ve been a loyal customer to this dealership that I’ve trusted for years.

RecommendedCame in with my F-350 Diesel for an oil and fuel filter change they said it would probably take a couple hours since they were backed up due to hurricane Michael. Which was understandable. We had someone pick us up and within a couple hours they called us and said they were finished and we could come pick up our Truck. The staff there are very friendly and kind. A++

Recommendedwe are snow birds from Illinois and had trouble with our Ford Fusion so I called Auto Nation and they got me right in for an appointment. Shuttled me back and forth from our condo for free, fixed the car and since it was under warranty, NO charge. Sean was so polite, helpful and explained everything that was done to car. Shuttle driver was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Cashier was helpful explaining new warranty on battery. Over all the service was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for great job!
