Nick and Keith in service took care of me and my vehicle when we had a problem while on vacation. They did everything in their power to make sure my vacation was not ruined.
I took my Ford Fusion in for a recall. They were extremely nice and professional from my phone call to setup the appointment to the service department personnel. They were very courteous and polite. Had my recall done in less than three hours. Their waiting area was very accommodating. So I ranked my experience at 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

I went in to get an appraisal on my truck after visiting another dealership. The original dealership offered me 16,000 for my truck after some haggling. Autonation Ford offered me 2,300 more without any haggling. I also found a used car with a great price. The overall car buying experience was easy and smooth. Both sales associates I worked with (Charlie and George) made the experience go by quickly with no problems. I highly recommend Autonation Ford for anyone looking to buy a car or truck.
I am so impressed with this dealership. Courtney Bottorf was my sales person and she along with Chris and Tori made my buying experience easy and hassle free. She worked with me over the phone prior to me ever stepping foot on the lot, she answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I am very appreciative to all those who allowed me to walk out the same day with my new 2018 Ford Escape Titanium.

I shopped around for 4 months online and at 3 other dealerships for a 3rd row SUV in a certain price range for my family of 6 and never had any luck.
