I bought a used vehicle recently at Auto Nation Ford Panama City and had a very satisfying experience. Nick Martin and Chris Cogburn went above and beyond. They worked with me to try to make a deal work on my first choice vehicle. We couldn't quite get there but they tried. Nick searched the computer to find other options. I just purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion and got nothing but exceptional service from everyone. At first I was told no that they couldn't do anything but I got a call few days later, saying I could get it! They were nothing but nice and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend going to Autonation Ford.
We were visiting the beach for a few days in our new 2016 MKX when we started getting alerts about the electronic brake system. We drive to Autonation and they took care of the problem. It was a sensor that had not been connected properly by the manufacturer. We were so happy and very pleased with their customer service

Recently purchased a "new to me" car. I was very pleased with the nice folks that worked there. My only complaint is how long the process took once I decided to buy. I was there for over 4 hours waiting and waiting to sign paperwork which was very hard since I had three children with me. I do recommend them just plan extra time. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from these guys!
