I had my explorer sports trac serviced there. One of the worst experiences I have had with a service department. I called daily about the progress of my vehicle, never was able to speak to the service rep, I left several voice messages for him to contact me. I did NOT hear from him until days later, when my truck was done. On that day he called me 13 times. POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!

Bought a 2016 Mustang GT at this dealership over the weekend. I traveled 500 miles to buy my car here and it was worth every mile. Mike Wood was super-easy to work with over phone/internet.
