I had a great buying experience at AutoNation in Panama City . The staff was courteous and helpful, and made the deal I needed to purchase the truck of my choice. They are the type of people I like to deal with.
Had a great experience with AutoNation Ford on 15th Street. Bought a used Transit van for my business from them which had a problem with one of the doorlocks. Took it in for servicing and was the only customer left there that night while several technicians worked on the lock until they had it fixed. The whole time they gave me updates and treated me as if I had bought a fleet of vans from them instead of just the one. I highly recommend this dealership.

Salesman Andres Silva, and all of the associates, at Ford were professional, respectful and most helpful. The dedicated assistance in helping us locate and purchase a new vehicle, with the features we wanted, was greatly appreciated. This is definitely the place to go to buy a vehicle.
Bought my 2012 Ford Edge, new, in 2012. Have ONLY used Autonation for upkeep and maintenance. Love the attention they give me and my vehicle. Highly recommend!!

Purchased a 2006 Ford Expedition, (my eighth from AutoNation). Couldn't be more happy with the service and attention they gave me. Joey the General Manager did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. Couldn't ask for a better place to get your car from. I may try to join their team, so that I can have the pleasure of making someone happy with their new car.

Beware of Ford Auto Nation! !! Look at comments below for pix. Spent $3000 getting whole front end redone and wrecked going over Hathaway Bridge (also 8 months prego!) If you had any problems, the service manager Ja will ignore your phone calls. Best way is to get ahold of their company's insurance adjusters and report a warranty claim to get your money back.
