Not good experience at all! They will sell you vehicle but they wont care after you sign paperwork. Certified Vehicle. Two back tires New, two front tires have 10.000 left to drive. 2019 Jeep...I looked up tire cost is $90 and they should replaced before sell. Bad business

First in line in the AM, said I didn’t have an appt. which of course I did. I have extended warranty and the guy told me I would have an deductible of 100. Signed the paperwork. When it was all said and done he said ooops made a mistake it’s going to be 200. Deductible. Not what I planned for. Didn’t make me happy. I think it should have been what they quoted me. Not an ooops I made a mistake now you pay more. I will go back to the Chevy dealership next time, where I bought my car and they have excellent service. Sorry Dodge... read more
Just bought a new Wrangler. great through the purchase, but impossible to get a hold of after. They are supposed to put on a light bar I purchased as well as fix a few issues & I cant even get anyone to call me back... It has has been over 2 weeks
I just purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee X and it didn't even make it home before the motor seized up and we were stranded and then #2 new car now we took it to get it washed for the 1st time and it filled up with water inside in 2 places and it is now back at the dealer and it smells like mildew!! Oh and they owe me a $500 refund that they just can't seem to call me back on to talk about now after 9 messages left for finance dept. and over 30 days have gone by with still no call back! NO HAPPY AT ALL and need help.
