My salesman took plenty of time going thru everything with me nice long test drive. my truck was missing tow hooks sales manager was a big help getting them for me. Love my truck thanks guys
Our service associate, Brandon, was excellent. Always told us what was going on& called when he promised to give us update. He was always available when we called to ask questions. Communication is key. Our only disappointment was the cramped facility & lack of parking, and not being able to get a service appointment sooner than 3 weeks out.

I bought a new vehicle here years ago, and told myself I would never shop here again. I made the mistake of buying a new vehicle from these crooks again. The salesman was ok, and the service department was ok. But the finance guys are incompetent liars. It took the Better Business Bureau to finally get what they promised me. Stay away from these buffoons. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. Lesson FINALLY learned. Jerks!
They where awesome, my sales guy Matthew knew what he was talking about and we got the deal done. They had exactly what I was looking for.
From the initial call for service was only a few days....on site reception great, attentive personnel impeccable, follow up calls spot on, no loop hole stories with regards to the extended warranty, follow up for copies of work ticket for our files....5 star all the way...and yes Phil...we will be back..thank you for a pleasant experience. I have been going to Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep for 14 years and have always felt a closeness to the great people that work there. I deviated for four years with a VW...and just couldn't wait to get back to a Chrysler and the 'family' there. I bought my Chrysler Pacifica December 2016 and it has had a few issues.
