Called on a Friday afternoon to have my Durango towed. They took my car right away and called the next morning to advise of the issue. Service advisor Alfredo was awesome and kept me updated for the next several days. I live in Palmdale so this dealer is 45 miles from me. I had contacted Hunter Dodge in Lancaster 5 miles from me and they said couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks.... really. Anyway service folks at AutoNation we’re great and very friendly

He was very honest with everything accomplished on my vehicle for this visit and kept the line of communication open during my whole visit. I don’t mind traveling 35 miles to have service done on my vehicle, because it is always well worth it every time!
Lyra is an Amazing Service Advisor, and the only reason I drive 63 miles to Autonation Jeep in Valencia for my Jeep Service. She is Honest, Sincere, Cheerful, and if she doesn't know the answer, she will get the answer from a Technician, Manager, or the Manufacturer as required. She's the Best! Thanks Lyra.
