2 stars . My car is barely a year old and has been in the shop 6 times. this last time takes the cake. My car was in for a week before I had to call someone. NO ONE had called me. I talk to the service manager. which by the way he could care less about customer service. I tell him I'm going to pick up my car and my husband gets it....no gas and they didnt wash my car. I took my vehicle in for the airbag recall and the lifetime powertrain warranty inspection. I was told that it did not pass due to a radiator leak. I was not aware of a leak as it did not leak enough to leak a single drop onto the ground. I decided (against my better judgement) to have the radiator replaced to maintain the warranty (at a cost of over $1000). Just bought a new Chrysler Pacifica. Our salesperson was Tony, who was really terrific. Very accommodating and made sure to show us what we wanted to see, especially my husband who can be particular. It was a pretty stress-free experience, and even though working through all the financing can take a while, Johnny was great. He made me laugh even though I was tired and ready to get out of there with my new car! Thanks for everything, gentlemen.
Recently purchased a Jeep great experiance. Had what turned out to be a one off frustrating experiance with first service done by appointment. Recently had an unexpected incident on the 5 freeway mangled a rim tires about ready for replacement anyway so did the 4. Towed in early in the AM service opened at 7am Amanda wrote it up sourced out the rim which was not in stock kept me in the loop during the process changed 4 tires picked it up at the end of the day. Can't ask for anything more than that. Thanks all

I was on vacation & they took me right away but could not diagnose the problem until the next day because their specialist was out. They had Uber take me to my sons home, Uber then picked me up the following day after my car was fixed.
