Easy process, awesome sales person and finance mgr. No pressure sales. I went to look at a car I found online and walked out with a better one with more features for only a couple hundred more. Overall a good experience.
The car I went to see was obviously photo shopped on the site. A large chunk of paint was missing down to the metal, and the salesman, Steven, is a cocky little punk towards female customers. Never shopping here again.
I was in the market for a new car , I had my eyes on a white challenger for about 3 years now . When I first started my search I had some people make some offers and it just seemed disingenuous which lead me to auto nation. Stephen D . The least painful, the most hassle free car buying experience of my life. The process took only 2 hours. I know that sounds like a lot however, in the past I've spent half a day at the dealer for the purchase process. Matthew was great, James was excellent and David the finance manager was also great. They had the car I wanted (only 1 in stock), I went, signed the papers and drove it home. I love my new Jeep Wrangler JL
Best experience at the service department today. Went in for a factory recall on my Jeep, they had me in and out in an hour and 1/2. The guy who took care of me, Phil and the rest of the staff were a nice as could be, offered to get me a rental, coffee, water, etc. Just nice people and great customer service.
