Wow! my experience was just that. My salesman "Stephen Doerbecker" worked diligently with me to help me get the vehicle I wanted. He communicated the entire process to me so I didn't get any unexpected surprises. On my end the task was smooth. Prices not as advertised. They tell you one thing to keep you interested. Then when you sit down. They tell you the price didn't include optional equipment. Even after you asked them multiple times if the first price was correct.
I must admit I was pleasantly surprised yesterday. I took my truck in for an oil changed and actually got out earlier than promised.
I have to buy parts wholesale here. A nightmare most of the time. Mike is the only good parts guy they got. If you order parts. Get them through Mike.
