This weekend we were in the market for a new Pacifica. Autonation by far had the best pricing. Nick, the Internet Manager was beyond helpful and honest. We discussed the price over the phone and when we arrived the price was the same as we had discussed. It was by far the easiest car purchase we have made.
Worked with Paul Santilli who was great. Helped get me in the vehicle I wanted for the price I was looking for. No BS or wasting of time. He really was great to work with.
Place is a joke took four phone calls to schedule an appointment. Should have taken that as the sign not wast my time here but I did. Now they want to cheat me out of money for fixing things on my truck that aren't broken! Best part is after talking on the phone with Phill a service writer for minutes and calling him out on nonsense he hung up on me! Great work guys your number 1!
