Less than 1 star... they are all a bunch of crooks... i took my 2012 dodge ram 1500 in for a service, they said my breaks were bad, when i got the bill, it was over $1250.00... i was like WTF... The labor cost was over $750.00 (for 4 hour worth of work @ $140.00 an hour... it doest take 4 hour to change breaks out) the cost of the parts were more than double... i will NEVER have my vehicle serviced there again... AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NEW TRUCK OFF THERE LOT...

Look at yelp! There is a pattern of horrible customer service and I would agree. BUYER BEWARE!! They fall through on agreements, and they lie to customers. I wish I would have done more research. Please shop around. This place needs new management and are SHADY SHADY people

Our Jeep has been in and out of the shop for the last three months and this dealer does not communicate at all. We have been waiting on parts for nearly three weeks. They don't call with status updates or call when parts come in, I feel like I deserve a paycheck how often I do their job for them.
Our car has been in the shop for a week. Still no word on what's wrong. Which means there is no work being done to it. No one has called us. The only time we hear from them is when WE call THEM. I will never come back to get my vehicle serviced here
Wish I could give minus stars, OK part two of my review. Get the car back in two hours. Got the paperwork, notice the service guy made some notes on the bottom of my paperwork that I declined to have the brakes replaced in which I had no idea that they needed replacing, problem two said that the air filter was bad and needs replacing, well if they would have looked at it they would have noticed it was brand new. Third problem (minor) no car wash as promised. My review and recommend that no does business with this dealership ... read more
