RecommendedI went in with a plan and even tho it didn’t go as planned (Patrick) went above and beyond to help me out and still get me into a car that as of today I am extremely happy with with out(Patrick’s) help I can honestly say I would still be looking for a car in my honest opinion so with that being said I appreciate (Patrick) for his above and beyond customer service

Easy to deal with... everything just went smoothly
THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I JUST BOUGHT A VEHICLE 3 WEEKS AGO AND I AM READY TO RETURN. NO ONE RETURN PHONE CALLS. THEY EVEN PASS YOU AROUND TO NON AFFILIATED COMPANIES. I AM SOOOO ANGRY. WASTE OF MONEY! SAD BECAUSE I BOUGHT MY FIRST JEEP HERE 17 YEARS AGO. DECIDED IT WAS TIME FOR A NEW ONE AND RETURNED. BUYING A CAR SHOULD BE A REWARD, NOT A HEADACHE OR A HEARTBREAK. TO SERIOUSE BUYERS, DO NOT COME HERE. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES WITH A BETTER TEAM TO ASSIST YOU.
I just want to talk about my experience with this dealership. they gave me a hard time from the start. I had cash in hand and wanted a certain car with certain features they tried everything in their power to not give me a vehicle. including telling me they wont take cash. I have had my Ram 1500 serviced at this dealer since I purchased it from them 3 years ago. My usual service advisor Lira was not available so Eric helped me. He is very thorough and upfront about everything and the service was finished sooner than I expected.
They are very helpful in all situations. They took care of me when I absolutely needed a vehicle,and looked for the best deal and interest rate that I could afford. They made me an appointment for a follow up inspection to make sure my vehicle was running well. Thank you my Jeep dealer. You have been there for me at my stressful time of need when my vehicle took a dump.
