My all around experience was poor customer service from the service advisors. They seems very disinterested in why I was there. The notes they took were incorrect. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. It you opt for the "call back" option, no one actually calls you back. My husband was told his new 2020 truck had Siri’s radio. He is using the truck for long road trips so having Sirius radio is important to him. He took the truck in to get running boards installed and the Sirus radio. That’s when he was told sirus was not available on his truck. We had to go to an independent sound installer to get the radio costing another 1500.00. The brochure he was given when he purchased the truck said free Sirus for first 12 months. Very disappointed in dealer.

I took my daughters’s vehicle for oil change. It took more than 5 hrs and when I went to pick it up, they gave me the wrong keys and my vehicle was still in the back and the basic complimentary car wash was not even done. Another 15 min wait for that to be done.
