Highly recommend! Even with a lengthy repair time, the service department was able to deliver my truck back thoroughly tested, detailed and with a full tank of diesel. Phil and GM of Ram came through in the end. Yes, I missed my truck and I will return to purchase another Ram in the future.
They need to make major improvement in the service department. Trying to speak with someone at the service department is exhausting and time consuming. I have been bringing my vehicles for over 10 years and I keep hoping that it gets better, but it has not. I am at the point that I would like trade in my vehicle for something other than a Dodget, Chrysler, Ram or Jeep to avoid your service department.

Pedro at autonation CJDR got me the truck i wanted that I had been searching for months to find. There were literally 4 available in the color / package / options that I wanted across the entire US and they gave it to me for approx 13k under MSRP and actually probably at their invoice price thanks to certain RAM promos rebates and discounts.
