Worst service ever . I just stopped in to get an estimate for a damage vehicle. From the moment I walked in the staff made it very clear by their actions and body language it close to end of day and I was that last minute Client of the day or whatever it was. Regardless I could tell they were not amused . As someone that has taken my vehicles to them multiple times this is not the first incident . Way over priced for the low end service . Your paying for the name and not the staff or service .
Purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan from Autohaus middle of January. Steve Laporte was very laid back and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He didn't rush us or put any new car buying stress on us. Everything went smoothly! I have gotten nothing but compliments on the SUV! Absolutely LOVE it! Thank you!
Recently took our 2006 Cayenne in for a right side turn signal on all the time. 2 hours of diagnostic time and $250. They said they couldn’t find the problem and would continue to look for another $125.an hour. Robbery with a license. We paid our bill and left with the light still on. Took it to a local mechanic, light is now off. We own 2 Porsche’s and 10 year members of the Central Pa Porsche club of America. You can be sure members of the club will here about this story. P.S. Professional service. Friendly staff. Had some routine preventive maintenance performed and was pleased with cost and glad they found small leak that I didn't even know I had on differential, when changing out fluid. Happy with visit.
