I am always amazed at the consistent excellent service I receive. Frank leads an amazing team! I pull my car in for a headlight and somehow Tim greets me by my name before I even tell him - he looked at the vin number and looked it up as I was getting out of the car. I work in hospitality and using a guest's name is a plus. For a headlight - they even washed my car! Plus, when I was checking out I was asked how my window was (my last repair). I had my 98 GTI in for inspection this morning, and Frank Lucier and Steve Thomas took great care of me, as always. Thank you both for handling the GTI with such care and respect, it means a lot to me. You are true car guys!
Free Keurig coffee is great, waiting room is big bright, everyone smiles. Car inspection was faster than expected. Would rather have had CNN on the tube instead of soap operas, but magazines were plentiful.
I couldn't be happier with the VW service. Everyone I encounter is helpful and friendly. Frank always puts a smile on my face. I feel like I am in good hands and drive home knowing my car has had the best service possible. Many thanks and keep up the great job!
