My mom and I went in to purchase a car from the used lot. It was winter and when we asked where the car we wanted to look at was they pointed at it through the window and told us to have fun. They didn’t take us seriously at all. When asking questions about the vehicle the salesmen where extremely short and rude to us. We walked out and purchased the same model car from someone else. Great job losing $12,000
Best car dealership ever. For sales, for service, simply for questions, the people at Autohaus have the answers and the solutions to all things automotive. A+, 5 + stars. Only place you need to go to buy a car-new, used, whatever. They also carry the coolest accessories. So I buy t shirts and sunglasses and key chains and coffee cups at Autohaus too. Fantastic establishment!�
Worst service ever . I just stopped in to get an estimate for a damage vehicle. From the moment I walked in the staff made it very clear by their actions and body language it close to end of day and I was that last minute Client of the day or whatever it was. Regardless I could tell they were not amused . As someone that has taken my vehicles to them multiple times this is not the first incident . Way over priced for the low end service . Your paying for the name and not the staff or service .
Purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan from Autohaus middle of January. Steve Laporte was very laid back and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He didn't rush us or put any new car buying stress on us. Everything went smoothly! I have gotten nothing but compliments on the SUV! Absolutely LOVE it! Thank you!
