I recently purchased a new 2017 Golf from Autohaus. This was my second purchase through Autohaus and it was just as awesome as the first time. From the first day I stopped by to browse to the pick up of my new car my sales guy Steve was there to help every minute. Steve was never pushy and was very understanding when it came to my needs. Shout out to Steve for being the coolest sales guy ever. No loaner car unless you spend a certain amount of money is pathetic.
Porsche, Volkswagen, Audi are all high end cars but this place has some amazing offers to make the premium cars affordable.
This will be the second time I have been screwed by this company! First my gti wheel being fixed and painted the wrong color. Now the audi passes all inspections including checking for screws in tires, and then they call and say we have a flat. Now we have a patch on a week old tire. Way to SCREW me! Update Just to let everyone know, after a week of calling and "holding them hostage" Tom the owner of autohaus agreed to buy us a new tire and install it on the car.
I had my first experience at Autohaus almost 2 weeks ago. Steve was a great salesman, not pushy but extremely helpful. I love my new Jetta and look forward to continuing my business with them!

I just had my first experience with Autohaus and I was very pleased! Tim was very helpful with my 2013 Passat transmission. The warranty process was a little long but in the end I got a new transmission for free. I especially appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra services that I didn't really need. I was given a loaner car, frequent updates, and very friendly answers to my many questions. I picked the car up today and it was sparkling clean inside and out and running beautifully.
Friendly and helpful employees!! The best place to go in Lancaster.
