RecommendedFirst time purchasing a vehicle from autohaus, financed a 2015 VW GTI and so far my experience with it is great. Salesman Byron Simmons did a great job and gave good detail about the vehicle and even helped set up Bluetooth with my phone. This is my 3rd time buying from a dealership and out of all 3, Autohaus was the best and everything went smoothly. Definitely received a 5 star from me and will recommend others in the future.

Got my payments where I wanted them and got me into a vehicle with the features I really wanted. She was very nice and her customer service skills were top notch! I LOVE my new Tiguan! You people suck!!! You’re showing a pattern of firing older, experienced mechanics. Fired 2 that I know of for no reason. You people should be ashamed of yourselves!! I hope the recent firees file EEO charges against you!!
I got the run-around for months trying to get my airbags replaced that were recalled and could cause death or injury. I was always told they need to check with their parts manager about the availability of the parts needed and would be gotten back to. I called 5+ times over the past couple months, and no one seemed to make this a priority until today when I was vocal about my frustration with their poor customer service.
