I got the run-around for months trying to get my airbags replaced that were recalled and could cause death or injury. I was always told they need to check with their parts manager about the availability of the parts needed and would be gotten back to. I called 5+ times over the past couple months, and no one seemed to make this a priority until today when I was vocal about my frustration with their poor customer service. I literally got my car back with MORE problems than it had in the first place which leads me to believe Autohaus Lancaster is not a competent dealership.
