Horrible!!! I was told if I show up we have an agreement to purchase the car at full price. I was also told that I didn’t have to put any deposit down since we had an agreement. The sales director Wray B******** put his most junior guy on the sale which was Troy B******** , sound familiar? Anyways, I asked Troy what time do you open, he said, “ 9 am”. Just took advantage of the valet service! My Q7 needed state inspection and prepaid maintenance, but I am restricted to no driving due to a recent surgery. The valet service was perfect! Trevor picked up and delivered my vehicle back to me. He was super pleasant and everything was done exactly as expected. This may have been the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Hernan was amazing and worked tirelessly to make sure I was 110% satisfied with my purchase. We ran passed closing time on a Saturday but he never rushed the process and continued to get me situated in my new Audi, taking care to show me details and features inside the vehicle on my way out. Received great customer service from Byron on my recent VW purchase. He was thorough, quick to reply to questions, and honest and up front with pricing. No "car salesman" BS. It didn't hurt that he offered me a great price on the car I was looking for, too. I drove 80 minutes from my house, bypassing many local VW dealers, all because of the great dealings I had with Byron and Autohaus. Highly recommended.
