So I had a Schrader valve that was leaking and I had it done less than a year ago but because I was over as mileage they had to charge me to have it looked at again as a combat veteran. I think this is outrageous, especially when Volkswagen talks about customer service. I'd rather take it to a little shop but because of the way. The AC works. That's a hard one to do now. That being said, I'll never buy a Volkswagen again.🇺🇸😞
Hernan was amazing and made the process of purchasing my Audi simple and stress-free. The customer service was the best I’ve experienced at any dealership and they were able to get me everything I was looking for. My vehicle is in amazing condition and drives beautifully. I just want to thank the staff for going above & beyond with their customer service. I had my key fob to my VW stolen & caught someone in the act of trying to steal my car. I called Autohaus & spoke with Emily, who with the approval of her supervisor, fit me in the same day within an hour of my phone call. They reprogrammed my key & washed my car in less than an hour of my arrival. Best customer service I’ve received in a VERY long time!
