Normally they are good. I took my car to the bodyshop for an estimate on repainting the hood. The guy that did the estimate was a real jerk. Never wrote anything down just gave random prices. Got the impression that he thinks because I'm a woman I have no clue about cars which is wrong. Did not like his attitude. He asked if it has cruise control? Like what does that have to do with anything? I've had work done on my other cars and had no issues.
Went in to look at a car, Connor was a great guy. He knew what he was talking about and was very friendly! I'd recommend him and this dealership!
Chuck with the used car sales side was simply awesome to deal with. Was not pressured to buy, test drove, had time to look over the vehicle before saying we were going to take the deal. Car was clean and the deal was definitely worth it.
Purchased my used Mazda CX-5 and could not be happier with my experience. The sales person Chuck was extremely helpful and honest. I really appreciated the hands off, low pressure approach. He even went the extra mile when I noticed something with the car they went and replaced brand new rotors before I even took it off the lot! And cleaned it and got it ready for me pre purchase. I recently purchased a New Tiguan from Autohaus Lancaster, and couldn’t be happier. I absolutely love the Tiguan . The purchase and delivery went very smoothly. I had a small issue and let my salesman Connor O’hagan know about it, and less than 24 hrs he got in touch with me with to remedy the situation , and that alone makes me feel even better about purchasing from Autohaus .
