Their service department is outstanding. I took my 2001 Jetta to a dealership in another town, who promised me so many "perks", but never delivered and never fixed the problems with my car. I then took my car to Autohaus and was treated with kindness and respect. They shuttled me to my office when I couldn't wait for my car to be serviced.
