Test drove a used 2014 Audi TT yesterday and loved it. When we went to close the deal I was told (by Steve) my loaded 2013 Toyota Tundra Double Cab Limited with 4400 miles was not worth what the leading automotive web sites (KBB, NADA) say it was by about $6000. When I questioned it they told me that this was all they were willing to give me for the truck and that if I wanted more then maybe I should go down the street to Carmax and sell it to them. Their service department is outstanding. I took my 2001 Jetta to a dealership in another town, who promised me so many "perks", but never delivered and never fixed the problems with my car. I then took my car to Autohaus and was treated with kindness and respect. They shuttled me to my office when I couldn't wait for my car to be serviced. Also, they actually FIXED a problem with the noise my steering wheel made with changing to a synthetic oil. The previous dealership just kept changing my power steering pump.
