I don't know what happened to Justin. But since he is no longer at the helm in Audi Service, the service experience has declined SEVERELY. We had been a five year service customer. When we decided to buy a new Audi/VW, we wanted to buy from Autohaus. The sales team was completely unresponsive with no follow up. We moved to another manufacturer and haven't looked back.
