I ordered a 19 qt Engel drybox/cooler and some other items around noon yesterday. I came home today and there was my package! Free shipping and FAST service. You can't go wrong with ACK.
I called ahead because I was looking for a specific rod holder for an Ocean Kayak Trident 11 with a Mod Pod II. I was told you had exactly what I needed. I drove 45 minutes to find out you don't have what I need and couldn't even really point me in the right direction. Very underwhelming experience.

Order my kayak on the 5th of May. Already the 16th and I still haven't received my kayak yet. If I knew it was going to take this long to ship, I would've gotten it somewhere else.

This was by far the worst customer service experience of my life. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
So much for having the items I bought from here by this weekend. Don't recommend buying anything from them if it has a hobie decal on it.
