I drove 90 min out of my way to ACK to buy a sit-in kayak, none in the store. Told many in whse, but can't go there. Tell us what you want and we'll bring one out. I don't know until I sit in them. "We don't sell many sit-ins. But have many in the whse." Can we go there, I asked. No. We just don't sell many.

I purchased here due to a high praise from a YouTube video and the low price. When placing the order I saw it was the last item available in that color and that it would ship out Monday so it was a must have. After I placed the order I saw that on the website it still said there was still one available which I thought was odd and that is what prompted me to check out their reviews. I was shocked at how many negative reviews this company had. So many people saying they had damaged products arrive on delivery, delayed deliveries, never arrived orders, etc so I decided to cancel the order even before it shipped rather be safe than sorry. Worst customer service ever. I should have left but you have the only kayak model I was looking for available in the state of Texas. I then tried calling a manager in Austin today and some rude guy named Brandon refused to let me speak to a manager more than once. I should have read these reviews first, I would have paid the extra $120 shipping from a store in Florida. Dishonest and bad character customer service on my 2 interactions with your company. This is the worst review I have ever left a company and hopefully will ever have too.

I purchased an gift card on Sunday. Most stores they email you within hours with the card#. I still have no gift card from you. I have emailed several times and called only to be hung up on. Not sure why my dad does business with you, when your customer service is horrible.

Staff is very helpful and they new what I was looking for and helped me put together a awesome Yak. Can’t wait for Me to pick it up on Saturday since they needed to add the petal drive.

Placed order and figured would be shipped like stated on website. It's ordered with in next 20 hours ships next day. That's a lie. Tried to purchase a feel free lure 11.5 spend good amount of money on it. Didn't see email being shipped. So called Friday being order placed on 6/11 processed 6/12 and it had not been shipped. Was told would ship Monday. Monday came and gone. Called Tuesday was told ship Wednesday. Wednesday came and gone also. So called Thursday to find out why and was told the truck not full you'll have to wait. So to top it off this was a birthday present gone wrong. BOOOO!!!! I ordered my kayak a month ago and still haven't received it. I understand that there's usually a waiting period for an order to ship. It wasn't until I reached out to ACK to find out that the item I ordered wasn't even in stock. This wasn't displayed on the website anywhere otherwise I would have considered a different brand or kayak. After I emailed, I was told the item was expected to be in stock on 5/13. I'm still waiting for the actual processing and shipping to begin. I don't like to complain but if something is out of stock you guys should really consider displaying that so customers aren't stuck waiting 30+ days for an order that usually ships in 2 weeks. Costumer service sucks !! They don’t answer my e- mail and their shipping is the worse ever !! I ordered my Kayak March 20 , 2019 and I don’t Have it yet , they keep moving the delivery date . This Company Suck !!
